Creating a New Project

All you need to get started is to provide the PictureRipper with the following information:

• The address (URL) of a website
• Type of the website
• Location where to save media files

Once you have an address (URL) of the site you can create a new project.

A Step-by-step Guide:

1. Select existing (or create new) category in the Project Tree.

2. Press "New Project" (Ctrl+N) button on the Project toolbar or via the program menu: Menu > Project > New

3.REQUIRED Enter at least one starting address into the Address field. If you want to add more than one address you may use starting address manager. Press button with ellipses to invoke the URL manager.

4.REQUIRED Select site type from the list.

5.REQUIRED Edit title for the project. Make sure you give it a self explanatory title, because it will be stored in the Project Tree under this label.

6.REQUIRED Enter location where you want PictureRipper to save downloaded media files.
